It's been another busy year. Caterpillar transferred us to South Carolina in November, and we are happily settled into a town near Charleston. Unfortunately, we are now very far from family and friends, so we hope many of you will visit us now that we are near the ocean.

To us, South Carolina is exotic, complete with palm trees, bamboo and sand in our backyard. This year, Ryan sends a "Merry Christmas" to you from Fountain Park on the Charleston Harbor. He's pointing to a seagull that won't leave us alone.

We were able to visit Denver over the summer and celebrate Ryan's Great-Grandmother's Birthday on the 4th of July. We also spotted elk in the Rocky Mountains. It was a great chance to visit with our family again. We hope to get back there this winter and catch a Broncos game. Should be a ton of fun!
